Butterfly Pea Loose Leaf 50g

I didn't expect the color change to be this dramatic—drop the petals in hot water and it goes from blue to deep sapphire within a minute or two. Being caffeine free, it's become my afternoon cup instead of coffee, and the 50g bag has lasted me way longer than I thought it would.

Brewed a cup before bed and the sapphire blue was almost too pretty to drink. It's caffeine free so I don't lie awake after, and the petals feel generous for a 50g bag.

The color change is what got me — those petals turn the water a deep sapphire blue that's honestly prettier than most teas I've had. I've been drinking it iced in the afternoons since there's no caffeine to keep me up.
