The whole flowers are a nice change from the dusty tea bags I used to buy, and the 250g pouch lasts me ages. It's mild and floral without any bitterness, even when I forget and let it steep too long.
I've been drinking a cup of this after dinner most nights and it actually helps me wind down before bed. The pouch is packed with whole flower heads rather than dusty bits, so the brew comes out clean and floral without any bitterness.
The whole flowers are noticeably bigger than the dusty stuff in supermarket tea bags, and they unfurl nicely in my glass pot. Two spoons steeped for about five minutes gives a gentle floral cup with no bitterness.
