I was skeptical about thyme in tea, but it works — the herbal note cuts through the maltiness just enough. Spring-plucked leaves make a real difference; the cup stays smooth even when I accidentally oversteep it.

The sweet earthy base of the black tea really comes through before the thyme kicks in, and I love that it's spring-plucked rather than some generic blend. Steeped it about four minutes and got zero bitterness, just a smooth cup I've been making every morning this week.

Joseph Z. ★★★★★

The thyme is subtle but definitely there, giving the black tea a warm earthy finish instead of the usual plain bite. I've been brewing it loose in a small pot every morning and it holds up well without turning bitter.
