The floral note hits you before you even take a sip, and it stays light through the whole cup instead of turning bitter. I've been drinking it plain in the mornings, and the loose leaves unfurl nicely on the second steep too.
Steeped this at 195°F for about three minutes and the second infusion was honestly even better than the first. You can really taste that highland character people talk about.
