The almond flavor is subtle and not at all artificial, which is rare for a flavored black tea. The tin with the Almond Blossom design is sitting on my desk now and looks genuinely lovely.

The almond flavor comes through gently, not like syrup at all — it sits nicely behind the black tea instead of fighting it. I've been having a cup mid-afternoon and it's a proper pick-me-up without being harsh.
