The lemongrass really comes through alongside the ginger, and the silken pyramid lets it steep into a smooth, even cup without any bitterness. I've been reaching for this every afternoon since the tin arrived.

Steeped a cup this afternoon and the silken pyramid really does let the lemongrass and root ginger breathe — the citrus kick is bright without turning bitter. I've already gone through half the box in a week, it's that easy to reach for.

The pyramid bags let the ginger and lemon steep evenly without any of that bitter edge you get from crushed leaves—the cup comes out smooth and bright every time. I’ve already gone through a box in a week, it’s that easy to reach for again.
