The loose leaves unfurl nicely in my teapot and give a deep, malty cup that holds up well with a splash of milk. I've been drinking it every morning this week and the second steep is still plenty strong.

Brewed a pot of this for the first time on a slow Sunday and the whole kitchen smelled like a proper old tea room. The leaves steep to a strong, malty cup that takes milk well without going flat. Nice to know it supposedly traces back to an Edinburgh tea master too.

The loose leaves unfurl beautifully in my pot and I get a solid second steep out of them, which never happened with my old bagged stuff. It's a proper strong cup that stands up to a splash of milk without going flat.
