The cornflower petals actually come through in the cup, not just on the tin — a soft floral note that sits nicely against the brisk black tea. Even better, the caddy looks like a little Van Gogh print on my shelf.

I wasn't expecting the cornflower petals to soften the bergamot this nicely, but the floral note really rounds out the robust black tea. It's become my default afternoon cup, and the Van Gogh irises on the caddy make it worth leaving out on the counter.

The tin itself is gorgeous enough to leave out on the counter, and the tea holds up to it — brisk black base with that soft floral edge from the cornflower petals. I've been drinking it plain in the mornings and it's smooth enough that I don't need milk.
