Podrobnosti o produktu

Timothy X. ★★★★★

The fruity note in this sencha is subtle rather than syrupy, so it doesn't drown out the green tea. I've been brewing it loose at about 80°C and it stays smooth without turning bitter.

The early spring pluck really comes through — the leaves smell grassy and fresh the second you open the bag. I've been steeping it at about 70°C and the fruit notes stay subtle instead of turning syrupy.

The early spring plucking really comes through — the leaves unfurl into this bright, grassy cup with just a hint of fruit on the finish. I've been brewing it at 70°C for about a minute and it stays smooth without turning bitter.
